Joe Chicarelli is an American music producer best known for the huge amount of production work he did in the 1980s. He produced albums by Kajagoogoo, Stan Ridgeway , Ferron, Sandra Bernhard, Spirit of the West and countless others.

He is also credited with discovering singer Tori Amos and signing her first band, Y Kant Tori Read, to a label deal.
