James Reay Fraser (8 February 1908‑1 April 1970) was a Member of the Australian House of Representatives for the Australian Capital Territory from 1951 to 1970. The Division of Fraser is named after him. His brother, Allan Fraser , was MP for the adjoining seat of Eden-Monaro from 1943 to 1966 and from 1969 to 1972.
