Jacqueline Passey was the 2004 Libertarian candidate for Secretary of State of the U.S. state of Washington. She ran on a platform of requiring electronic voting machines to produce voter verified paper ballots, parties' constitutional rights to select their own nominees, and Instant Runoff Voting.
