Ironhide was an Autobot soldier, part of the Transformers toyline. In Generation 1, his vehicle form was that of a red minivan. He was killed in the Transformers movie by Starscream and Megatron (when Ironhide tried to stop him, but shot to the head).

He was voiced by Peter Cullen(US) & Sho Hayami (Japan).

A member of Optimus Prime's Autobot Squad during the Energon series, He was able to powerlink to Jetfire for more power. His vehicle move was a SUV. He later 'evolved' into a new form by Primus. Ironhide was voiced by Mitsuo Iwata(Japan) & Matt Hill(English).
