Intercession on the day of judgement

Intercession is a petition made of God on behalf of others. According to Muslim doctrine, on the day of judgement the prophet Muhammad SAWS intercedes on behalf of his community (the muslims), and Muslims (all or some) are permitted to intercede on behalf of their loved ones.
