The 83.71 Interstate 275 loop in Ohio, Indiana, and Kentucky forms a complete beltway around the Cincinnati, Ohio area. It is the only three-digit interstate that enters three states, including one state, Indiana, that the parent route does not enter.
Junctions with major roads
The zero milepost is at a junction with I-75 and I-71 in Florence, Kentucky. Going counterclockwise, I-275 has junctions with the following major highways:
- Western junction with U.S. Highway 50 near Elizabethtown, Ohio (I-275 actually crosses US-50 and access is provided at exit 21, a few miles north of US-50)
- Interstate 74 and western junction with U.S. Highway 52 at exit 25 near Miamitown, Ohio ; I-275 runs concurrently with I-74 for 3.45 miles before separating at exit 28
- Ronald Reagan Cross County Highway , exit 31 near Groesbeck, Ohio
- Northern junction U.S. Highway 27, exit 33 at Bevis, Ohio
- U.S. Highway 127, exit 36 near Forest Park, Ohio
- Northern junction with I-75, exit 43
- U.S. Highway 42, exit 46 near Sharonville, Ohio
- Northern junction with I-71, exit 49
- U.S. Highway 22, exit 50
- Eastern junction with US-50, exit 59 at Milford, Ohio
- OH 32, exit 63 at Eastgate, Ohio
- Eastern junction with US-52, exit 71 (US-52 runs concurrently with I-275 until exit 72)
- Southern junction with US-27, exit 74 near Highland Heights, Kentucky
- AA Highway (Kentucky Route 9), exit 77
- Southern junction with US-127, exit 83
