Hugh Bayley

Hugh Bayley (born January 9, 1952) is a British politician. He is Labour member of Parliament for York. He was a junior minister at the Department of Social Security from 1999 to 2001, but was sacked. He resigned from the RMT union in 2002 after it said it would only fund MPs that agreed with its policies.
