Higashitonami District, Toyama

Higashitonami (東礪波郡; -gun) was a district located in Toyama, Japan.

As of 2003, the district had an estimated population of 46,031 and a density of 86.60 persons per km². The total area was 531.55 km². All towns and villages in Higashitonami except Shogawa participated in the merger that formed the city of Nanto on November 1, 2004. The town of Shogawa separately merged into the city of Tonami.
