Henry Earl is a homeless African-American man from Kentucky who is famous primarily because of his extensive police record, mostly for non-violent alcohol-related offenses. Henry has made numerous talk show appearances and has been featured in national and international media venues, including MSNBC the UK Sunday Mail , and Jimmy Kimell Live .
