Hazel Byford, Baroness Byford (born 14 January, 1941) is a Conservative member of the House of Lords. She was made a Life Peer in 1996.

She is the daughter of Sir Cyril Osborne who was Conservative MP for Louth from 1945 to 1969 and is a farmer.
