Group W

Group W was a subdivision of Westinghouse Electric Corporation. The company handled Westinghouse's television and radio operations, owning several stations across the United States and distributing television shows for syndication. They owned stations from various networks, until 1994, when they entered an agreement with CBS. All of their stations were converted to CBS stations by 1996. Network swaps took place in several markets due to this agreement.
