Grayson Walker holds a Ph.D. in Political Science from the Graduate School of Public and International Affairs at the University of Georgia. He is a Professor of Management and Political Science. He taught at Fairleigh Dickinson University, the University of Virginia, the University of Georgia, the University of Phoenix, Indiana Wesleyan University, and Yale University.
He is the President of Parents Without Rights, one of the leading family, childrens, and fathers rights organizations in the United States. He is an advisor to the Million Dads March, the Florida Civil Rights Council, and the Florida Judicial Accountability Initiative Law. He has done volunteer work in domestic violence since 1975, and has been active in the family law reform since 1995.
