History

  • 1968-69 - Founder members of Gloucestershire County League
  • 1975-76 - Joined Hellenic League Premier Division
  • 1981-82 - Hellenic League Champions. F.A. Vase Winners; proomted to Southern League Midland Division
  • 1989 - Changed name to Stroud
  • 1992 - Changed name back to Forest Green Rovers
  • 1995-96 - Switched to Southern Division
  • 1996-97 - Southern League Southern Division Champions; promoted to Premier Division
  • 1997-98 - Southern League Champions; promoted to Conference
  • 1998-99 - F.A. Trophy runner-up
  • 2000-01 - F.A. Trophy runner-up
