Erling Norvik (April 9, 1928 - December 31, 1998) was a Norwegian politician from the Conservative Party.
He was born in Vadsø and elected to the Norwegian, Stortinget in 1961 from his native county, Finnmark.
In the periods 1974-1980 and 1984-1986 Norvik served as leader of the Norwegian Conservative Party. In 1986 he was appointed Governor ("Fylkesmann") of Østfold county, as which he served for 12 years.
