Elvir Baljic (born July 8, 1974 in Sarajevo, Yugoslavia) is a Bosnian football (soccer) player.

Baljic had been a prolific part of the Bosnian national team since its inception, scoring 14 goals in 36 caps (as of early 2005). On the club level, he played for Bursaspor , Fenerbahçe, Real Madrid, Rayo Vallecano, Galatasaray, and Konyaspor .
