Elías Larry Ayuso (born in March 27, 1977) is a basketball player from Bronx, New York. He plays in Puerto Rico on the BSN for the San Germán Athletics and is a member of the 2004 Puerto Rican National Basketball Team.

Ayuso played in the NBA for the San Antonio Spurs, and has also played for the Humacao Grays and the Quebradillas Pirates both in the BSN, and for the Montegranaro in Italy, the Ionikos in Greece, the Besiktas in Turkey, and the Spartak St. Petersburg in Russia.
