Dramamine is a medication used for motion sickness manufactured by Pfizer. It is available OTC (over the counter), without a prescription in many areas. The drug it contains is called dimenhydrinate, a close chemical cousin to diphenhydramine HCl.

Dramamine is also the name of a song by Modest Mouse.
