Deportivo Alavés

Deportivo Alavés, usually abbreviated to Alavés, is a Spanish Segunda División football club based in Vitoria (Gasteiz) in the Basque Country. They play at the 19,500 seater Medizorroza stadium.

Their home kit is blue and white striped shirt, blue shorts and white socks. Alavés reached the UEFA Cup final in 2001, losing 5-4 to Liverpool F.C.. However, Alavés was relegated after the 2003-04 season.
