Dennis Farina (born February 29, 1944) is a film and television actor. He is a character actor, often typecast as a mobster or cop -- the latter an appropriate choice, as Farina is an ex-cop from the Chicago Police Department.

Farina starred in the Michael Mann TV series Crime Story and has appeared in the movies Manhunter, Midnight Run, Get Shorty, Out of Sight, Saving Private Ryan, and Snatch. In May 2004 he joined the cast of NBC's Law & Order.
