Delfim Moreira (November 7, 1868 – July 1, 1920). Brazilian politician. Born in Minas Gerais state, Moreira was elected vice-president in 1918, but assumed the presidency in November 15, 1918, due to the illness and death of the president Rodrigues Alves . Moreira, was himself, psychologically disturbed, and left his duties to the ministers. Following the constitution, he called elections in 1919, and returned to the vice-presidency until his death.
