Creflo A. Dollar Jr. is a pastor and the founder of the charismatic World Changers Church International , based in College Park, Georgia (near Atlanta).

Known for his dynamic teaching and for his adherence to the faith movement, Dollar started his ministry in 1986 with eight people, and now has a congregation of 23,500. His "Changing Your World" television program is seen both in the United States and internationally.
