County Connection (Central Contra Costa Transit Authority) is a public transit agency in and around Concord, California in the San Francisco Bay Area. It provides service to the communities of Concord, Pleasant Hill, Walnut Creek, Moraga, Orinda, Danville, Rossmoor, Tassajara , Diablo, Dublin, Pleasanton, Clayton, Martínez, San Ramón, Avon , Clyde, Bay Point, and El Sobrante, all in California.
