Communist Party of Nepal (4th Congress), a communist party in Nepal. The party was a splinter-group of Communist Party of Nepal. The party was led by Mohan Bikram Singh. By 1979 this group was the largest communist party in Nepal.

In 1983 the party suffered a serious split. A major part, including MBS, broke away and formed Communist Party of Nepal (Masal). The remainder, led by Nirmal Lama, continued to work under the name of CPN (4th Congress).

CPN (4th Congress) was a member of the United Left Front and took part in the uprising against the authocratic regime in 1990.

In 1991 CPN (4th Congress) merged with Communist Party of Nepal (Mashal) and formed Communist Party of Nepal (Unity Centre).
