	Columba Bush Columba Bush (born 1954) is the wife of Florida governor Jeb Bush and the sister-in-law of President George W. Bush. She was born Columba Garnica Gallo in León, Guanajuato, Mexico. She attended high school in León. She married Jeb Bush on February 23 1974 in Austin, Texas. The couple have three children, George P. Bush, Noelle Bush, and Jebby Bush .
