Ceciliantas was originally a "human paladin" from the city of "Qeynos" in EverQuest II (released by Sony Online Entertainment). The name was made wildly popular by a message board thread indicating his cyber infidelity. A second article was also written regarding Ceciliantas. In time, Ceciliantas became an adjective describing any one who made ridiculous, legal claims concerning an Internet embarassment.
