Carl Pickens (born March 23, 1970 in Murphy, North Carolina) is a former American Football wide receiver who played for the Cincinnati Bengals and the Dallas Cowboys. In 1992 Pickens was named The NFL Offensive Rookie of the Year by the Associated Press.
