Caersws is a small village sitting on the River Severn in Powys, Mid Wales. It also has a railway station and is on the Cambrian Line from Aberystwyth to Shrewsbury.

Caersws has a reasonably successful League of Wales football side, Caersws F.C..

It is also the believed site of Roman Fort Mediomanum, "The Central Fist".
