Bruce Guthrie, American politician, was a candidate for the United States House of Representatives. He ran as a Libertarian in the Second Congressional District of Washington against incumbent Democrat Rick Larsen and Republican challenger Suzanne Sinclair.

Guthrie received 3% of the general election vote, far below Larsen's 64% but still the greatest percentage received by a third party candidate in Washington state.
