Bosnia and Herzegovina national football team

The Bosnia and Herzegovina national football team is the national team of Bosnia and Herzegovina and is controlled by the Football Association of Bosnia and Herzegovina. They played their first match in 1995 after the split of Socialist Federal Republic of Yugoslavia. Before that, Bosnian and Herzegovinian players played for the Yugoslavia national football team.

The team has never qualified for a big tournament, but in the last qualifiyng campaign for Euro 2004, only one goal in the last game against Denmark separated them from the big tournament in Portugal.
