Born to Be Wild

"Born to be Wild" is a song by the band Steppenwolf, initially released in 1968, but subsequently released on about 100 different collections, the first one being the movie Easy Rider. Often used ironically in popular film montage where decidedly non-wild subject gets made over (see: leather jacket, upturned collar ). Also with a lack of irony in scenes involving bikers.

This song was written by Mars Bonfire, also known as Dennis Edmonton.
