Bill Engvall (born William Ray Engvall Jr. on 27 July1957) is an American comedian who is best known for his work as a stand-up comedian and as a one of the members of the Blue Collar comedy group.

His most famous routine is "Here's Your Sign" in which he proposes hanging signs on people who say stupid and obvious things.

In 2004 he joined Jeff Foxworthy on Blue Collar TV on The WB Television Network.
