Azul is a city located at the center of the Buenos Aires province in Argentina. It is located 300 km south of Buenos Aires. It has 80,000 inhabitants and the principal economic activities are agriculture and the raising of domesticated bovine animals for meat export. New industry has been made out of rabbits' brew.

Azul is also home to UNCPBA university .
