Ankle breaker

Ankle-breaker is a slang term used in the sport of basketball. It usually refers to a move that is so fast, it is impossible to defend. The player who performs the ankle-breaker usually changes direction so quickly that the player guarding him gets confused and gets "stuck" in that position (and thus potentially breaking his ankle) before realizing where the other player has gone.

Some of the best ankle-breakers are NBA players Allen Iverson, Steve Francis and Stephon Marbury.
