Alex Walkinshaw (born October 5 1974) had numerous TV appearances and his most famous role being as hunky Sergeant Dale Smith (Smithy) in 'The Bill' on ITV1. Alex loves his role, and says he receives very positive feedback from his fans. He enjoys clay pidgeon shooting and golf, and currently lives with his girlfriend Sarah who was a make-up artist on The Bill. They have a baby daughter called Flora.
